Terms & Conditions of these Guarantees

The guarantee provides benefits which are additional to, and do not affect your other legal rights. Wunda Group PLC will replace, free of charge any part of the system supplied by Wunda Group PLC and located in the United Kingdom or repair any parts thereof which are shown to the satisfaction of Wunda Group PLC or its authorised representative to be defective within the guarantee periods shown above. Any part or parts removed will become the property of Wunda Group PLC.

This Guarantee shall not cover any fault or defect caused by:

Faulty installation arising e.g., from failure to observe the instruction of Wunda Group PLC. b) Careless operating, handling, or lack of maintenance c) External sources e.g., maintenance work conducted in the area surrounding the equipment, aircraft damage, storm, flood, terrorist attack. d) Faulty repairs or alterations conducted during or after fitting of the system. In all circumstances it must be the responsibility of the heating engineer to determine whether the materials used are suitable for the job.
